艾司唑仑（商品名为悠乐丁或优乐汀），是苯二氮䓬类药物的萃取药物。具有控制焦虑、抗癫痫、镇定、肌肉松弛剂等性质，通常当做短期的失眠处方。该药物于1968年获得专利，1975年投入临床使用。[1]不过该药有可能使得服用者第二天的精神和身体状态变差。[2]艾司唑仑的其他副作用还有嗜睡、头晕、运动功能减退和运动协调异常。[3]
药理学
艾司唑仑被归类为的"triazolo"苯二氮䓬类药物。[4]在动物的研究表示，艾司唑仑会引发让人想睡觉的高电压低波的脑电波(EEG)，并且在大脑皮层和杏仁体中爆发出来，同时破坏海马体的Theta波。
