曲唑酮（英语：Trazodone）是一种口服抗抑郁药Trazodone Hydrochloride. The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. [8 January 2018]. （原始内容存档于2018-09-19）.</ref>，用来治疗重性抑郁障碍、焦虑症，也配合其他药品来治疗酒精依赖。Trazodone以多种商品名行销于世界各地[1][8]。
常见的副作用包含口干、头昏、呕吐和头痛[8]，较为严重的副作用为：自杀、躁狂导致之双极性精神症状、心律不整、阴茎异常勃起[8]。目前还不清楚在怀孕或哺乳期间使用是否安全[9]。该药物品属于苯基哌嗪（phenylpiperazine）类药物，为一种血清素拮抗剂和再摄取抑制剂（SARI）[10][11]，Trazodone还具有镇静的副作用[12]。
该药品于1981年在美国批准用于医疗用途[8]，现已有通用名药物上市[8]。截至2019年，每月剂量在英国公医（NHS）的采购药价约7.46英镑[13]。2018年，美国的每月剂量批发价约4.53美元[14]。2016年，它是美国第24大处方用药，单年处方超过2500万笔 [15]。
