马拉硫磷（英语：Malathion）是一种有机磷制的副交感神经杀虫剂，会与胆碱酯酶作不可逆的结合，对人类的毒性较低。
在前苏联，本化学品被称为“carbophos”，在新西兰和澳大利亚称为“maldison”，而在南非被称为“mercaptothion”[3]。在香港属于非处方药剂制品[4]。
马拉硫磷挥发性极高，对人畜毒性影响很低，只要放在通风处立刻会降低其毒性。在制造马拉硫磷农药及大量使用时会散布到环境中。如果如喷洒过程降落在土壤中，马拉硫磷会与土壤结合且会迅速被水解掉，并不会污染地下水源。
用途
杀虫剂
马拉硫磷属于一种广泛应用的体外杀虫剂，主要用于农业上去除害虫、于住宅小区的环境美化、公共游憩区及基于公众卫生的要求而进行害虫防治方案，例如灭蚊[5]。在美国，它是最常用的有机磷杀虫剂[6]。
- 可用在水中、家畜家禽身上、工厂环境等, 及蔬菜﹑柑橘类等植物上，都可以广泛使用。
- 施用马拉硫磷农药时须注意稀释的倍数，否则害虫死了，植物却也死了。（施药不当会变成药害。）
- 蟑螂对杀虫剂产生抗性，可喷洒1-2%之马拉硫磷。
- 原生物质毒害：影响昆虫神经系统之作用者，昆虫体内刺激之传导在axon（轴突）时靠电的传导即靠钠、钾进出神经膜，而造成电流；再synapse（神经感接）处则靠传导物质-Acetylch-oline（乙酸胆碱），将电子信号传至肌肉或另ㄧ神经纤维，刺激传递后，再由胆碱酯酶（Cholinesterase）将Acetlcholine分解为乙酸及胆碱（choline）
- 抑制胆碱酯酶作用者：如有机磷剂、氨基甲酸盐类，可和酶结合，使传导物质不能分解，不断累积造成肌肉经挛，终至麻痹等现象，控制呼吸作用之肌肉无法受神经控制时会窒息死亡。
马拉硫磷曾在1980年代于美国加州用于对付地中海果蝇：当时在近郊多个社区每周均会大规模在空中喷洒马拉硫磷与玉米糖浆的混合物，并持续多月。马拉硫磷也曾在澳大利亚用来对付地中海果蝇[7]。
医学用途
当人身上之虱对灵丹 (Lindane) 有抗性时,马拉硫磷可以当成取代物。医学用途的马拉硫磷限于0.5%含量, 用于以下问题：

与对硫磷之比较
同一类的农药并不一定毒性都会相同。如对硫磷与马拉硫磷虽然同样是有机磷杀虫剂，杀虫效果一样为广效性。但对动物性影响却很大，如47％对硫磷乳剂对人属于剧毒的农药。而50％马拉硫磷乳剂是属于轻毒类。所以药剂本身结构不同，加上物种间对药剂的选择性不同，是造成药物对动物毒性差异的原因所在。
