阿吉卡（阿布哈兹语：аџьыка，格鲁吉亚语：აჯიკა）是一种乔治亚[1]和阿布哈兹[2]酱料。阿吉卡是一种辣酱，其在阿布哈兹语中的原意是盐[3]。阿吉卡的主要原料是红辣椒，但也加入莳萝等香料[4]。传统的阿吉卡并不加入番茄，但在俄罗斯和乌克兰等地的一些超市有销售加入番茄的阿吉卡。
常见的阿吉卡种类在外观和一致性上类似于意大利红香蒜酱。 虽然阿吉卡通常是红色的，但也有用未成熟的辣椒所制成的绿阿吉卡。
