特克马里
特克马里 （格鲁吉亚语：ტყემალი）是一种乔治亚传统酸味果酱，由樱桃李等酸味水果制成。特克马里由红色和绿色两种樱桃李制作，果酱的风味各有不同。为了降低酸味，有时会在制作过程中加入更甜的水果。特克马里还会在制作过程中加入大蒜、薄荷油、辣椒和盐等材料。特克马里主要在油炸和烧烤肉类及马铃薯菜肴时使用。
