丙匹西林英语:Propicillin)是一种有机化合物,属于半合成β-内酰胺抗生素。它是青霉素衍生物之一,通常以单钾盐的形式使用。它于1961年由比彻姆集团(现为葛兰素史克)获得专利。它对某些革兰氏阳性菌有活性,类似于苄青霉素(青霉素G)。[1][2]

丙匹西林的作用不如青霉素G强。由于丙匹西林具有良好的吸收性和对酸的稳定性,因此可以口服给药。但对β-内酰胺酶敏感。[1][3]

制造

对于丙苄青霉素的合成,6-氨基青霉烷酸[2]在伯氨基(NH2)处被酰化。对于酰化,(RS)-2-苯氧基丁酸在三乙胺的存在下与氯甲酸异丁酯组合使用。[4]以这种方式,丙匹西林形成为非对映异构体的混合物。
