双芽龙属（学名：Diclonius）是种晚白垩纪的鸭嘴龙类恐龙。化石发现于北美洲蒙大拿州的茱蒂斯河组（Judith River Formation），只有一颗牙齿。属名意为“双重芽”，意指牙齿的两个齿根。在爱德华·德林克·科普（Edward Drinker Cope）的同一份研究中，他同时命名了独角龙 （Monoclonius），意为“单一的根部”，科普特地为牠们取相对的名称。他认为双芽龙有两副牙齿，一副用来咀嚼，另一副则是备用牙齿；而独角龙咀嚼时只能用一副牙齿。在当时，科普认为独角龙、双芽龙都是鸭嘴龙类[1]。
模式种是D. pentagonus，是个疑名，由科普在1876年命名，化石是一个齿骨碎片与牙齿。其他的正式命名种则有D. calamarius与D. perangulatus，都是在1876年建立。第四个为奇异双芽龙（D. mirabilis），原为奇异糙齿龙（Trachodon mirabilis），被科普在1883年归类于双芽龙，现已被重新归类于科氏大鸭龙（Anatotitan copei）。以上四个种都是科普根据牙齿或下颌而建立的分类，都被认为是疑名。
