康纳龙属（学名：Kangnasaurus）是鸟脚亚目禽龙类恐龙的一属，生存于下白垩纪的南非。康纳龙的化石只有一颗牙齿，可能还有一些身体部分的骨头，故通常被认为是疑名。康纳龙被分类在类似橡树龙的橡树龙科。
发现历史
模式种是库氏康纳龙（K. coetzeei），是在1915年由席尼·贺顿（Sidney H. Haughton）描述、命名的。属名是以化石发现处的Kangnas农场为名，种名则是以农场拥有者Coetzee为名正模标本（编号SAM 2732）是一颗牙齿，发现于南非开普省奥兰治河流域的Kangnas农场，位于地底34米处[1]。化石发现处的地层年代仍不确定，可能属于白垩纪早期[2]。席尼·贺顿当时认为这颗牙齿来自于上颌骨；但在1985年，Michael Cooper再度鉴定，发现这颗牙齿来自于齿骨[3]。这两个不同的鉴定结果造成分类上的差异，席尼·贺顿将康纳龙归类于禽龙科[1]，而Michael Cooper将康纳龙归类于更原始的橡树龙科[3]。
席尼·贺顿曾将数个其他化石归类于康纳龙，包含：五个部分股骨、一部分胫骨、一个部分跖骨、脊椎、以及一些无法辨识的骨头。以上化石发现于其他地点，席尼·贺顿并不确定这个化石是否属于康纳龙[1]；Michael Cooper也没有做出结论[3]。
康纳龙通常被认为是疑名[4][5]。在2007年，Ruiz-Omeñaca等人的橡树龙科研究比较康纳龙与其他橡树龙科的胫骨，认为康纳龙有可能是个有效属[2]。如同其他基础禽龙类，康纳龙是种二足植食性动物[5]。
