和歌山电铁
和歌山电铁股份有限公司（日语：和歌山電鐵／わかやまでんてつ Wakayama Dentetsu */?）是一间将总部设于和歌山县和歌山市，负责经营铁路线贵志川线的公司。是冈山电气轨道（冈电）的全资子公司，属于两备集团。
概要
2006年（平成18年）4月1日起继承经营南海电气铁道（南海）贵志川线。公司名是母公司的冈山电气轨道公开招募公司名之中选出。选出的理由是“不会随时代流逝，植根于地域的名字”（時代に流されない、地域に根ざした名前）。公司字采用旧字体的“鐵”字，是因为新字体“鉄”文字拆分会成为“金”和“失”，意头不好而避免使用“鉄”字用作铁路公司上[1]，不过在和歌山电铁的情况下，一般仍然作为“鉄”字使用[2]。
