身体特征
黑缘刺鲨没有臀鳍，两条背鳍都有大的鳍棘，第一背鳍较短，第二背鳍则较高，尾鳍端呈尖角及修长。上颚及下颚的牙齿单尖呈剑状，下颚的牙齿较上颚的大。吻长而阔。牠们长达87厘米。
