锯齿刺鲨（学名：Centrophorus tessellatus）是一细小及稀有的深海鲨鱼，分布在日本本州及夏威夷的太平洋，水深260-730米处。
锯齿刺鲨没有臀鳍，两条背鳍都有大的鳍棘，第二背鳍相对地高，差不多与第一背鳍一样高。牠们的眼睛很大，胸鳍端呈角型，尾鳍有一些锯齿。牠们最长可达89厘米。
有关锯齿刺鲨的所知有限。
