奶精

奶精(英语:Non-dairy creamer)是一种用来添加于咖啡红茶里或者淋于果冻、茶冻、龟苓膏上方,用来增加食物风味以及滑顺口感的产品。另外奶精粉会冲成液体,如加珍珠与茶,即成珍珠奶茶

奶精通常作白色液态或粉状。液态的奶精通常被包装在小型塑胶容器中,又称“奶油球”、“植脂奶”,使用时撕开上方包装纸倒出。粉状的奶精,又称“植脂末”,可能是罐装或者分装成小包装,以便使用。

成分

奶精的主要成分是氢化植物油玉米糖浆酪蛋白香料食用色素等,酪蛋白是从加工产生的乳蛋白制品。磷酸氢二钾也可见于奶精的成分之中。使用氢化植物油成分的奶精,含有许多反式脂肪酸,可能增加罹患心肌梗塞动脉硬化心血管疾病的几率。有些厂商为了健康取向,将油脂改用非氢化油脂,较没有反式脂肪含量的问题。
