奶皮子（蒙古语：ᠥᠷᠦᠮ᠎ᠡ，西里尔字母：өрөм），蒙古民族奶食品之一，属于奶制品。奶皮子的制作方法是把鲜奶倒入锅中用小火煮沸后，用勺子反复扬洒，并持续加入生奶，直到表面有凝结物时，便关火冷却，数小时后可形成奶皮子。奶皮子含有较多的油脂，比一般奶类食品易于保存。
