泰塞朗·德博尔环形山（Teisserenc）是位于月球背面北半部的一座古老大撞击坑，约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自法国气象学家莱昂·菲利普·泰瑟朗·德博尔特（Léon Philippe Teisserenc de Bort，1855年-1913年），1970年被国际天文学联合会正式批准接受。

该陨坑西侧靠近桑福德环形山、西北和东北分别毗邻更大的克卢特环形山和沙利叶环形山，巨大的环壁平原—柯瓦列夫斯卡娅环形山位于它的东面、东南偏南分别坐落了布朗克环形山和较小的波邦内陨石坑，而西南面则横亘了已磨损的焦耳环形山[3]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为31°58′N 136°17′W / 31.96°N 136.28°W，直径62.31公里[4]，深度约2.73公里[1]。
泰塞朗·德博尔环形山轮廓呈多边形状，坑壁已被后续的撞击坑严重侵蚀。东北侧切入了卫星坑泰塞朗·德博尔 C，西南侧则略微侵入了更小的泰塞朗·德博尔 Q，其余部分坑壁参差不齐，尤其是它的南端，几乎已被小陨坑彻底损毁；沿北侧内壁显示嵌入了一对小撞击坑。该环形山坑壁最大高出周边地形1230米[1]，内部容积约3327立方千米[1]。坑内地表相对平坦无奇，没有其它醒目的地貌结构。
