季霍米罗夫环形山（Tikhomirov）是月球背面北半部一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自俄罗斯/前苏联火箭工程专家尼古拉·伊万诺维奇·季霍米罗夫（1860年-1930年），1970年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西侧靠近科马罗夫环形山、东北毗邻特朗普勒环形山、康斯坦丁诺夫环形山位于它的西南偏南、西北偏西更远处则坐落了浩瀚的莫斯科海[3]。
该陨坑中心月面坐标为24°12′N 161°20′E / 24.2°N 161.33°E，直径86.43公里[4]，深度约2.7公里[1]。
季霍米罗夫环形山几乎已被后续的撞击完全损毁，现已与周边地形难以区别，成为月表上一处勉强能看出带有一丝残壁痕迹的略凹洼地，坑内地表上点缀着许多大小不等的陨石坑。
