斯捷克洛夫陨石坑（Steklov）是位于月球背面科迪勒拉山脉西南部的一座撞击坑，约形成于38－32亿年前的晚雨海世[1]，其名称取自俄罗斯数学家暨物理学家弗拉基米尔·安德烈耶维奇·斯捷克洛夫（1864年－1926年），1970年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑坐落在东方海撞击盆地形成的外侧喷发物围裙上，西侧毗邻巨大的废墟坑布莱克特环形山，东南偏东和西南分别坐落了较小的海罗夫斯基陨石坑和钱特陨石坑，往东北偏北横亘了环形的鲁克山脉，它的后面则是东方海[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为36°44′S 105°03′W / 36.73°S 105.05°W，直径36.61公里[3]，深约2.14公里[1]。
斯捷克洛夫陨石坑外观轮廓不规则，有点近似梨状，但几乎未受到撞击侵蚀和磨损，坑壁边沿尖峭侧立，内侧壁平整陡直，沿东侧坑底堆积有大量壁体坍塌形成的岩屑堆。坑壁最大高出周边地形990米[1]，内部容积约有973.85公里3[1]。坑底表面凹凸崎岖，没有醒目撞击坑或其它地貌结构。
该陨坑位于形成于酒海纪期，直径630公里的孟德尔-里德伯盆地内西北部。
