埃尔利希陨石坑（Ehrlich）是位于月球背面北半部的一座小撞击坑，约形成于39.2-38.5亿年前的酒海纪[1]，其名称取自德国细菌学家暨免疫学家，1908年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主保罗·埃尔利希（1854年－1915年），1970年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑位于一处遭陨石大范围密集轰击的崎岖地域中，其南北分别坐落了已严重磨损的帕森斯陨石坑和纪尧姆环形山，西北偏西及东北偏东分别毗邻较小的温克勒陨石坑和更大的施内勒尔环形山[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为40°49′N 172°16′W / 40.82°N 172.27°W，直径33.58公里[3]，深约2.08公里[1]。
埃尔利希陨石坑是一座已磨损的撞击坑，坑壁因长时间的小型撞击而疏松、钝化，南侧外壁连接着一对小陨坑。它的坑壁最大高出周边地形表面960米[1]，内部容积约有797.67立方千米[1]。沿坑底及内壁未见有其它醒目的地貌特征，坑沿上也未覆盖有较明显的撞击坑。
