优克泰蒙环形山（Euctemon）是月球正面北极区一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自古希腊天文学家优克泰蒙（未知-公元前432年），1935年被国际天文学联合会正式批准接受。

该陨坑西北偏西毗邻斯科斯比环形山、东北偏北坐落了德西特环形山、巴约环形山与它的东南坑壁相接壤，西南则横亘了巨大的环壁平原-默冬环形山[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为76°16′N 30°34′E / 76.26°N 30.57°E，直径62.70公里[3]，深度约2.73公里[1]。
优克泰蒙环形山外观接近圆状，西侧边缘因坐落了卫星坑优克泰蒙 H而显得凸出。陨坑原始坑壁受侵蚀而严重变形、磨损，其中西北和西南壁被撞裂切开形成二道宽阔的月谷，东侧壁则穿插有数条沟槽，而东南坑壁上则坐落了卫星坑优克泰蒙 N。优克泰蒙环形山坑壁最大高出周边地形1230米[1]，内部容积约有3375立方千米[1]。坑内底表在陨坑形成后不久就被熔岩覆盖，表面相对平坦，散布有许多微小的陨坑，靠西南内壁坐落了一座较醒目的碗状坑—卫星坑优克泰蒙 K。
