西经109度线是本初子午线向西109度的经线，是为西经109°。此线经线由北极点起穿过北冰洋、北美洲、太平洋、南冰洋以及南极洲直到南极点。此段半圆路径长20,003,932千米（12,429,867英里），于赤道与本初子午线距12,134千米（7,540英里）远。[1][2]
西经109度线与东经71度线形成一个大圆。
于美国，科罗拉多州、新墨西哥州西部州界与犹他州、亚利桑那州东部州界以华盛顿子午线为准的西经32度线为界[3]:159:164，同时该经线距格林尼治为准的西经109度线西方约3弧分，换算成距离大约4.8千米（3英里）远。[4]:133
