西经120度线是本初子午线向西120度的经线，是为西经120°。此线经线由北极点起穿过北冰洋、北美洲、太平洋、南冰洋以及南极洲直到南极点。此段半圆路径长20,003,932千米（12,429,867英里），于赤道与本初子午线距13,358千米（8,300英里）远。[1][2]
于加拿大，西经120度线是卑诗省与阿尔伯塔省边界的一部分。[3]于美国，西经120度线与加利福尼亚州及内华达州的部分边界非常相近。[4]:181-183
西经120度线与东经60度线形成一个大圆，并且是太平洋时区（UTC−08:00）的标准时间参考经线。[5]于阿拉斯加标准时间时区，西经120度线是该区执行夏令时间时的时间参考经线[6]，阿拉斯加标准时间一年中有将近2/3的比率使用夏令时间。[7]
