西经110度线是本初子午线向西110度的经线，是为西经110°。此线经线由北极点起穿过北冰洋、北美洲、太平洋、南冰洋以及南极洲直到南极点。此段半圆路径长20,003,932千米（12,429,867英里），于赤道与本初子午线距12,245千米（7,609英里）远。[1][2]
于加拿大，西经110度线是西北地区与努纳武特在北纬70度线以北的边界。[3]西经110度线并且是加拿大自治领土地调查方法的第四条参考经线，另萨斯卡渣文与阿尔伯塔的边界自1905年起便以第四条参考经线为界。[4]位于萨斯卡渣文与阿尔伯塔之间的城市劳埃德明斯特，西经110度线穿越其市中心，使得该市被一分为二。[5]
