圣罗莎（英语：Santa Rosa）是美国加利福尼亚州索诺马县的一个市，也是该郡的首府。市政府建制于1868年3月26日，面积104.6平方公里，根据2010年美国人口普查共住有人口16万7815人[1]。圣罗莎是加州北海岸（North Coast）和美酒之乡 (Wine Country)地区、以及北旧金山湾区人口最多的市，在湾区排名第五，次于圣何塞、旧金山、奥克兰、和费利蒙，并是加州人口第26多的市。
