大瑟尔（英语：Big Sur），又译为大苏尔[1]，碧苏尔[2]，是美国加利福尼亚州中海岸中自卡梅尔高地（Carmel Highlands）至圣西蒙（San Simeon）的一段多山区域，以景色秀丽闻名。
地理
历史
最初的西班牙语名称是El País Grande del Sur（南方大乡间），简称El Sur Grande（大南方）。[4][5]这段路包括许多悬岩、海岸，有着丰富的动植物资源，是加州著名的旅游景点。有包括朱莉娅·菲佛·伯恩斯州立公园、菲佛大瑟尔州立公园、安德鲁·莫勒拉州立公园在内的7个州立公园。北部有瑟尔峰州立历史公园，上有瑟尔峰灯塔。周边景点有赫斯特城堡、新卡马尔多利隐修院等等。[6][7]
苹果公司于2020年6月所发表的macOS 11.0版操作系统，依循以加州地景命名之惯例，命名为“Big Sur”。
文学作品
诗人罗宾逊·杰弗斯的许多诗以此地为场景。[8]亨利·米勒的回忆录《大苏尔和希罗尼穆斯波希的橙子》描写了他住在此地的生活。[9]
