圣华金谷（英语：San Joaquin Valley /ˌsæn hwɑːˈkiːn/）是美国加利福尼亚州中央谷地的一片地区，位于萨克拉门托-圣何塞河三角洲南部。这片谷地里有八个县，即弗雷斯诺县、克恩县、默塞德县、斯坦尼斯洛斯县以及马德拉县、圣路易斯奥比斯波县和图莱里县的一部分。[1] 谷内的大部分地区都是乡村，但也有弗雷斯诺、贝克斯菲尔德、斯托克顿等都市。
