严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2-Lambda变异株（英语：SARS-CoV-2 Lambda variant），别名C.37谱系（英语：Lineage C.37），是严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（导致2019冠状病毒疾病的病毒）的变异株。[1]它于2020年12月在秘鲁首次被发现。[1] 2021年6月14日，世界卫生组织用希腊字母Λ将其命名为Lambda变异株[1]并宣布其为“需留意变异株”（VOI）。 [2]截至2021年8月初，它已传播到全球至少30个国家[3] ，并且与其他株相比，它对2019冠状病毒疾病疫苗的免疫力更强。[4] [5]还有人认为，Lambda变异株比B.1.1.7谱系（Alpha变异株）或Gamma变异株更具传染性[4]。
原本仅在中南美洲扩散的Lambda变种病毒，于2021年 8 月 15 日 在菲律宾出现Lambda变种病毒本土案例，显示该变种病毒已进入亚洲。[6]
变异
Lambda变异株基因的氨基酸突变点位皆位于其棘蛋白编码上，分别为：G75V、T76I、Δ246-252、L452Q、F490S、D614G及T859N[7]。

The Lambda variant also contained a novel deletion (Δ246-252) and multiple nonsynonymous mutations (G75V, T76I, L452Q, F490S, D614G, and T859N) in the gene that encodes the viral spike protein.
