枝鰓亞目（Dendrobranchiata），是甲殼類動物十足目下屬的一個亞目，具有五對足。它現存540個物種，其最早的化石紀錄可追溯至泥盆紀。枝鰓亞目和蝦（真蝦下目）、蝟蝦（拳師蝦，蝟蝦下目）等其他甲殼類動物不同，它擁有枝狀的鰓，沒有育卵行為，而是直接將卵釋入水中。它的體長可達330毫米，重450克，是人類最廣為捕捉和養殖的蝦類之一。
