鸽肉
鸽肉是从鸽身上取得的肉，为其中一种可食用家禽。鸽肉主要食用的地区包括法国、美国、马格里布地区及中国等地[1]。
食用的鸽通常会选择较年幼的，称为乳鸽。在中国，老鸽也会被煲汤作食疗之用。
但在北非的回教国家则不食用(但非禁止食用)。
