鸽肉是从身上取得的肉,为其中一种可食用家禽。鸽肉主要食用的地区包括法国美国马格里布地区及中国等地[1]

食用的鸽通常会选择较年幼的,称为乳鸽。在中国,老鸽也会被煲食疗之用。

但在北非的回教国家则不食用(但非禁止食用)。
