霍锳
生平
霍锳中万历癸卯科山西乡试举人，四十四年丙辰科进士，初授任丘县知县，升江西道监察御史，出按甘肃，奉敕监督学政。魏忠贤用事，以忤其意削职归里，隐居洪涛山，自号洪涛山人。崇祯嗣位，起补广东道御史。崇祯元年八月，提督北直隶学政，升顺天府府丞，擢通政使司右通政，崇祯五年壬申（1632）卒于官，得年五十有三。
家族
父朝重，号南峰，有四子：录、钱、矿、锳。
元配陆氏，四子：锺芳、毓芳、瑶芳、漱芳。孙霍之琯，顺治进士[2]。
