洪胤衡
生平
洪胤衡是万历三十七年（1609年）举人[2]，四十四年（1616年）成进士，历任宁波、徽州、青州知府，升任山西阳和道副使，在各处都有政绩，人民都感恩其德政；崇祯十四年（1641年）是他回乡扫墓，正值流寇张献忠攻城，他在东门率领士兵抵抗，最终失败被擒，不屈而死[1][3]。
