宋光兰（?—?），字孚斯，别号绮石，福建兴化府莆田县人。万历四十四年(1616年)丙辰科进士，初授江阴县知县，天启四年（1624）调任徽州府绩溪县，擢户部主事，榷税九江。升员外郎、郎中，出为济南府知府，升山东按察司副使。崇祯五年（1632）正月，登州城陷，叛军欲杀光兰；光兰因自叙清操，遂释之。著有《丹心篇》。
