刘之凤
刘之凤（1570年—1640年），字雝鸣，河南中牟县人。明朝政治人物。
生平
万历四十四年（1616年）丙辰科进士，历南京监察御史。天启时，因忤魏忠贤夺职。崇祯间，起故官，累迁刑部尚书，会范景文劾南京给事中荆可栋贪墨，下部讯，刘之凤拟罪较轻，思宗疑其受贿，下狱，满朝无人敢言，瘐死狱中。[1]
