承和在十六国、北凉、沮渠无讳、沮渠安周和沮渠牧犍时期的位置。

承和（433年四月-439年九月），或作永和，是十六国时期北凉君主沮渠牧犍的年号，共计6年余。
由于《太平御览》引《十六国春秋》作永和年号，因此《资治通鉴·宋纪·元嘉十年》条跟随；记载纪元的书籍又跟随通鉴的记载。学者根据《高僧传》、《魏书》和《北史》的相同记载承认沮渠牧犍的承和年号，从而认为永和年号为错误[1]。
另外，甘肃出土的石刻有“……缘禾三年岁次甲戌”字样。[1]。学者认为永和年号可能缘和之错误，[1]
但是“缘和三年岁次甲戌”则指“缘和元年”应为壬申年，与史书记载的永和或承和的干支均不合。
