供应链管理中,卡拉杰克矩阵(英语:Kraljic Matrix,或称卡拉杰克模型)是一种主要通过公司的采购供应商的分类,根据供应市场的复杂性(或风险)和采购物品的重要性(或利润影响性),细分成四种采购类型的项目战略。该矩阵以彼得·卡拉杰克(Peter Kraljic)的名字来命名,在1983年发表在《哈佛商业评论》上的一篇名为《采购必须成为供应管理》(Purchasing Must Become Supply Management)的文章中首次制定了该矩阵[1]

概述

卡拉杰克矩阵定义了以下四种采购类型的项目战略:非关键性项目(Non-critical items)、杠杆项目(Leverage items)、瓶颈项目(Bottleneck items)和战略项目(Strategic items)。
