一页项目表（OGSM）是一个战略计划，提供明确的目标，并确定实现这些目标的战略选择。一页项目表的起源可以追溯到1950年代的日本，其四个元素分别是最终目的（Objective）、具体目标（Goal）、战略（Strategy）和检核（Measure）[1][2][3]。
