拜耶林克环形山（Beijerinck）是月球背面赤道区一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于前酒海纪代[1]，其名称取自荷兰微生物学家及植物学家马丁努斯·威廉·拜耶林克（1851年-1931年），1970年被国际天文学联合会正式批准接受。

该陨坑的北面坐落着恰普雷金环形山；东南偏东靠近盖革陨石坑；阿明斯基陨坑位于它的东南；西南横亘着巨大的加加林环形山[2]。环形山的中心月面坐标为13°24′S 151°50′E / 13.4°S 151.84°E，直径76.77公里[3]，深度2.78公里[1]。
拜耶林克环形山的外侧边缘因后续陨石的轰击而严重磨损和损毁，尤其是南半侧部分，沿边缘重叠着数座小型和细小的撞击坑。坑壁平均高出周边地形1330米[1]，内部容积约5387.28立方千米[1]。内侧壁因撞击坍塌形成一窝窝的平台结构，坑底表面相对平坦，散布有许多小陨坑，中心点附近是一座倾斜的小中央峰。
在阿波罗8号飞行期间，该环形山曾一度被正式批准命名为佩恩陨石坑。
