拜耳陨石坑（Bayer）是位于月球正面南半部大陆上的一座撞击坑，约形成于39.2-38.5亿年前的酒海纪[1]，其名称取自德国天文学家暨法学家约翰·拜耳（1572年-1625年），1935年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑西侧靠近巨大的席勒环形山、东面坐落了古老的隆哥蒙塔努斯环形山，较小的罗斯特陨石坑则位于它的南面[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为51°37′S 35°08′W / 51.62°S 35.14°W，直径48.51公里[3]，深约2.33公里[1]。
拜耳陨石坑的坑壁因侵蚀而有所磨损，但坑沿轮廓仍保持完整清晰。沿内侧壁分布有一圈阶坡结构，外侧壁因相邻陨坑的切入而明显变形。其中最突出的是卫星坑席勒 H，它构成了一道连接在拜耳陨石坑西北坑壁上的山脊。拜耳陨石坑的坑壁最大高出周边地形1110米[1]，内部容积约为1865.72立方千米[1]。坑底表面相对平坦，没有中央峰，靠近西侧内壁坐落了醒目的小卫星坑拜耳 G，它的北侧坑壁上有一处坍塌的裂口。
