三重再摄取抑制剂
血清素-去甲肾上腺素-多巴胺再摄取抑制剂（英语：serotonin–norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitor，SNDRI），也称作三重再摄取抑制剂（TRI），是多种单胺类神经递质的再摄取抑制剂，原理为通过抑制5-羟色胺转运体、去甲肾上腺素转运体和多巴胺转运体体来分别抑制5-羟色胺、 去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的再摄取。这个作用会增加这些神经递质在突触间隙的浓度。
SNDRI作为一系列疾病的药物候选而被开发，如抗忧郁剂[1][2][3][4][5] 和治疗肥胖、古柯碱成瘾、注意力缺陷/过动症(ADHD)及慢性疼痛的药物。SNDRI作为选择性血清素再吸收抑制剂(SSRIs)及血清素-去甲肾上腺素再吸收抑制剂(SNRIs)的延伸，增加了多巴胺的再吸收抑制作用，这被认为具有增加疗效的可能，但副作用及药物滥用的可能也随之增加。
