非那雄胺（INN：finasteride）又译非那斯特莱、非那司提、非那甾胺，是治疗前列腺增生和雄性秃的药物，也用于女性毛发过度生长[1][2]。
非那斯特莱会抑制头发毛囊的第二型5α还原酶（type 2 5-alpha reductase），使双氢睾酮（Dihydrotestosterone，DHT）的浓度降低。这是由于第二型5α还原酶能够将睾固酮转换成双氢睾酮，DHT即是掉发的元凶，因此非那斯特莱能有效减少掉发。但有可能会降低性能力，停用药物后，性功能障碍症状会消失，但还会持续掉发。亦有少数报告指出可能会引起忧郁及自杀倾向[3]。柔沛（Propecia 保康丝）的主成分即是非那斯特莱。非那斯特莱的生物半衰期是6小时，容易被小肠吸收。
