台湾裔越南人为祖先、父母、家属或自身来自台湾的越南籍公民、永久居民和住民等。根据驻胡志明市中华民国对外贸易发展协会2002年的统计资料，在越南的台湾人有20,000人[1]。另外，据联合国难民署统计，约有3,000名越南妇女与台湾人离婚后成为无国籍身份[2]。
