羊杂是用羊的内脏等制成的食品，在华人区及东南亚较常见。

作法

由羊的内脏煮成，包括羊胃、羊肠、羊心、羊肝、羊肾、羊肺及羊沙瓜等等。热带地区通常以浓郁的柱侯酱汁调味。羊内脏是比羊肉价钱便宜的食物，所以受平民百姓的欢迎。在食用前，它的清洗工夫要比较多，否则会有异味；从健康而言，它的胆固醇比较高。

节目效果

在TVB1982年电视剧《香城浪子》中黄日华戏称女主角庄静而为羊杂妹。
