柱侯酱

柱侯酱是一种酱料，佛山特产，用黄豆、盐、糖、芝麻和生抽等制成的。主要用于肉类，例如牛腩。

历史

始创人是清朝佛山祖庙附近三元里开食店的厨师梁柱侯，他以秘制酱汁炆牛腩、牛杂。被佛山的三品楼聘为厨师后继续研究出适合炆鸡、牛腩、牛杂的酱汁，佛山人称之为柱侯酱。
