磷化铟Indium phosphide,InP)是由组成的二元半导体材料,磷化铟和砷化镓及大部分的三五族半导体相同,都是面心立方(闪锌矿)晶体结构

制备

磷化铟可由白磷碘化铟在400 °C下反应来制备[5]

用途

磷化铟因为电子速率较常见的半导体及砷化镓都要高,可用在高功率高频的电子电路中。磷化铟因为有直接带隙英语direct bandgap,适合作像激光二极管光电工程元件。磷化铟也用在铟镓砷英语indium gallium arsenide为基础的光电元件中的磊晶基板。

化学

在面心立方(闪锌矿)晶体结构的化合物中,磷化铟有最长寿命的光学声子[6]
