涅俄普托勒摩斯一世（希腊语：Νεοπτόλεμος Α' Ηπείρου，？—前357年），伊庇鲁斯国王，前370年至前357年在位。
涅俄普托勒摩斯是阿尔塞塔斯一世之子。父亲去世后，涅俄普托勒摩斯与兄弟阿瑞巴斯将王国一分为二。他是亚历山大一世与奥林匹亚丝的父亲[1]。
