椰汁糕是一种中国广东香港常见的甜品,也可称为“雪花糕”,在泰国也有类似的食品。椰汁糕以椰奶和乳制品作为主要材料的果冻,有时在完成时会撒上椰丝。混合后不必蒸煮,冷藏数小时即可制成,冷藏后享用口感更佳。[1]。在香港的酒楼常作为其中一款点心,供茶客作为饭后甜品。现在有不少人研发不同的口味:抹茶、芋头、香草、芒果、草莓等。
