雞蛋麵
各地的鸡蛋面
中国南方的鸡蛋面面质柔滑，在中国传统小吃中用的非常广泛[1]，例如福建小吃拌面的主材料就是鸡蛋面。
欧洲的几种面食也有使用鸡蛋制作，包括有些种类的意式面食[2]、德国面疙瘩、东欧犹太饮食的Lokshen和土耳其的Kesme。
