新岛（にいじま）是伊豆群岛中的一个岛。位于东京以南大约160公里、静冈县下田市东南约36公里。全岛均属东京都新岛村。
岛上的制高点是宫冢山，标高432米。[1]由于是火山岛，火山喷发预知联络会有派员驻扎于当地进行监视[2]。在1991年、2000年发生了群震，在2000年发生群震后，岛内道路部分坍塌。
