中之岛（日语：中之島／なかのしま Nakano-shima）是吐噶喇群岛中的一个岛屿，中之岛为吐噶喇七岛中的最大岛屿和中心岛屿，故而得名。
行政区划上，中之岛属于日本鹿儿岛县鹿儿岛郡十岛村，十岛村的行政中心也位于该岛上。截止2015年12月31日，岛上有人口158人。
