马陆（英语：Millipede），又称千足虫、千脚虫、马蠲、马䗃、马蚿、马𧏿（音同“逐”），为倍足纲（学名：Diplopoda）节肢动物的通称。马陆为陆生节肢动物，通常生活在阴暗潮湿的地方，大多以枯枝落叶为食，有时会啃食植物幼苗，会留下叶脉，像吃剩的鱼骨。大多数马陆的活动速度都比蜈蚣慢。现时本纲已描述的物种有约8000种，估计只占地球上所有倍足纲物种的十分之一[3]。
外型构造
马陆的头部有一对触角，身体细长且分为多节，头四节为头胸部，余下皆为腹部[4]，除第一节及最后一节外，绝大部分体节各有两对脚；虽然马陆又称为千足虫，但一般物种大约有36只到400只脚不等，目前已知只有2021年发表的马陆新种冥后真千足虫（Eumillipes persephone）有超过1000只脚[5]。至于体型最大的马陆物种是生活在东非的非洲巨马陆（Archispirostreptus gigas）。
除了真千足虫外，其他以众多的脚数目而闻名的马陆有Illacme plenipes和Sibiriulus baigazanensis。在俄罗斯研究员米洛斯拉夫·萨赫涅维奇于西伯利亚的阿尔泰生物保护区首次发现Sibiriulus baigazanensis之前，Illacme plenipes是当时世界上腿最多的生物[6]。Sibiriulus baigazanensis的身长几公分到20公分不等，其中最多拥有超过700支脚。
马陆遭遇危险时会分泌臭味物质，因此大多数鸟兽都不爱猎食，唯有狐獴喜好捕食牠们。马陆体液及其分泌物含有一种化学物质苯醌（1,4-苯醌、1,2-苯醌），可以发挥驱蚊作用（曾意外被发现于南美洲僧帽猴的行为）[7][8]:4-11。有些马陆在遇袭时会把自己蜷缩起来成为球状，例如蟠形总目的马陆等。

分类
马陆的生物学及分类学的科学研究被称为“Diplopodology”：也就是倍足纲物种研究。现时有大约1.2万个马陆的物种已被描述，但估计现存在地球的马陆物种恐达1.5到2.0万种[9]，有文献甚至估计有8万种[10]。
根据2011年的分类，倍足纲的物种可大致分为三个亚纲，26个目[2]（已灭绝分类群以剑号(†)标记）：
