乔治·道格拉斯·霍华德·柯尔（英語：George Douglas Howard Cole，1889年9月25日—1959年1月14日）英国政治理论家、经济学家和历史学家，他认同生产资料共同所有制，提出了行会社会主义（通过工人行会组织生产）的理论。柯尔是费边社成员，倡导合作社运动。[1]
