7.5厘米IG 37步兵炮（德语：7.5 cm Infanteriegeschütz 37）是一门在二战中的德国步兵炮。这门炮的原型是7.5厘米PaK 37。这款火炮以原本为IG 42设计的3.7厘米Pak 36反坦克炮 （和几乎一模一样的3.7厘米PaK 158(r)）的炮架和炮管为蓝本，于1944末开始生产。反坦克时它使用有500克装药的成型装药炮弹，可以395米/秒的初速发射并穿透85毫米的装甲。最初的84门炮于1944年6月运抵前线，直到战争结束时有1304门火炮服役中。[3]
克虏伯原本为这门火炮设计了新的炮架来替换旧的，但是在设计的过程中新的炮架被取消了。这款火炮有两个独特要素：第一是它有个大型四室炮口制退器，第二是不常见于克虏伯设计中的垂直楔式炮闩。炮闩以半自动的形式运作，在发射一枚炮弹之后，炮闩会打开并将弹壳抛出以利于快速装填下一发炮弹。而当下一发炮弹装填好之后，炮闩就会自动闭锁并进入待发状态。[3]
